Our Practice Mission

At Walsh Estate & Family Law, our mission is to serve our clients as an efficient and effective advocate and counselor. We accomplish this by:

  • Recognizing that every family has different needs that will affect the objectives of the client and the strategies needed to achieve those objectives;

  • Refusing to make assumptions -- we thoroughly research the facts and the law for each case;

  • Providing candid counsel, that is, providing you with the legal advice you need to make the best informed decision;

  • Advocating for you and defending your interests in a legal system that can be bewildering.

Whether the case is a painful divorce or child custody action, or the drafting of a last will or other estate planning documents, Walsh Estate & Family Law is here to help you protect what matters, for today and tomorrow.
